How PayDecision Works - Step by Step Pipeline
The PayDecision platform guides users through a five-stage pipeline from raw salary input to actionable negotiation documentation.
Step 1: Raw Input
Enter your annual gross compensation, employment status (cadre/non-cadre), city, marital status, and optional fringe benefits (meal vouchers, transit pass, mutual insurance). All inputs are validated against type-safe schemas.
Step 2: Deterministic Calculation
The core engine computes employee deductions, net taxable income, progressive income tax via DGFIP brackets, CSG/CRDS, and supplementary contributions. Results are displayed as KPI cards showing net monthly, net before tax, withholding tax, and total employer cost.
Step 3: Territorial Context
The purchasing power diagnostic subtracts median 2-bedroom rent and local transit costs from net monthly income. A 1-to-5 comfort score is assigned, and a Paris-equivalent gross salary is computed for cross-city comparison.
Step 4: JEV Decision Evaluation
Typed financial primitives are sent to the TypeSafe AI decision model which outputs a recommended counter-offer target, fallback contractual position, and a ready-to-use three-point interview script for HR negotiations.
Step 5: PDF Dossier Export
The complete negotiation dossier is compiled into a vector PDF in browser memory and downloaded locally. The dossier includes salary breakdown, purchasing power analysis, negotiation strategy, and interview script. No server-side storage occurs.
