PayDecision is provided as a free service. While we strive for continuous availability, the platform is offered without guarantee of uninterrupted service. Calculations may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance windows, updates to statutory barème, or infrastructure changes.
Intellectual Property
All deterministic calculation algorithms, the design system, the PayDecision name, logo, and content are the intellectual property of PayDecision. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or reverse engineering of the calculation engine is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
PayDecision shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of simulation results, negotiation recommendations, or any financial decisions made based on platform outputs. Users assume full responsibility for their negotiation outcomes with employers.
